Seeking a full-time administrative RN for a Minnesota-based adult foster care company in Detroit Lakes.
Provide nursing services, assessments, and supervision of care staff in compliance with state laws and professional standards. Conduct comprehensive consumer evaluations, monitor health status, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team. Educate consumers and staff, oversee medication monitoring, and ensure safety and infection control practices. Supervise direct care staff, provide training on medical equipment, and coordinate care planning. Maintain accurate documentation, respond to safety concerns, and participate in ongoing training. Travel within the local area; possess a current RN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.
