We are seeking a full-time Administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services, supervise direct care staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive consumer assessments, monitoring health status, documenting observations, providing education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The RN will also oversee staff training, manage medication side effect monitoring, and respond to safety concerns.
Qualifications include a current RN license, CPR certification, and preferred experience of at least one year. Strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform technical nursing tasks are required.
