Seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services, supervise direct care staff, and ensure compliance with state and professional standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of consumers’ physical, psychological, and environmental needs.
- Foster communication within the interdisciplinary team, consumers, families, and staff.
- Monitor consumer health, report changes, and provide education and orientation to staff.
- Supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Travel within the Detroit Lakes area as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications include an accredited RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred at least one year of experience.
