**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct assessments of speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on communication and swallowing
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
• Track progress and adjust strategies
• Stay current with industry research

**Qualifications:**
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification
• Experience with pediatrics and early intervention
• Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and assessment techniques

**Details:**
• Full-time or part-time roles
• Salary ranges from $54,060 to $87,918 annually
• Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule
