We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.
Assist individuals across multiple counties with therapy, evaluations, and community education. Work under supervision, coordinate treatment programs, and support staff and interns. Maintain high-quality, efficient services aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education. Require an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, with licensure or eligibility within two years. Prefer at least two years of therapy experience, with knowledge of human growth, mental health principles, and treatment practices.
