Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.
Deliver intensive services aimed at promoting normal development, healthy family functioning, family preservation, reunification, and reducing hospitalization stays.
Require a Master’s degree in Social Work or human services, with Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC).
Must meet QMHP/QIDP requirements or work under supervision; willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already certified.
Position offers competitive pay ($29.17-$39.48/hr), benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off), and flexible scheduling with remote and in-office work options.
Location in Bad Axe, MI, with relocation required prior to start.
