Therapist-Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.

Provide individual therapy, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision.

Offer community education, consultation, and crisis support as needed.

Maintain high-quality, efficient service delivery while adhering to licensure requirements.

Support staff development and supervise interns.

Participate in training and stay current with therapeutic practices.

Work in a team-oriented environment that values diversity, respect, and collaboration.

Qualifications include an advanced degree in relevant fields, licensure or eligibility within two years, and prior mental health experience preferred.
