Seeking an experienced, license-eligible outpatient manager for a full-time role in Clarksville.
Responsibilities include providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy, managing 6+ clinicians, and maintaining a caseload of 25 clients weekly.
Clinicians should demonstrate diagnostic assessment expertise, facilitate therapy groups, document sessions promptly, and participate in staff meetings and training. Some Saturday work may be required.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with 4+ years of post-Master’s clinical experience and necessary licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT).
Qualifications include strong organizational, time management, communication, and record-keeping skills, knowledge of evidence-based practices, ethics, HIPAA, and confidentiality.
