We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice guidelines. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in coordination with healthcare team members and physicians. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support effective communication and functional improvement. Require a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the area.
