OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive assessment and care for patients in an outpatient setting, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.

  • Performs age-appropriate physical exams, history taking, and consultations via in-person, phone, or electronic methods.
  • Reviews medical records, orders diagnostic tests, and communicates with other providers to coordinate care.
  • Maintains effective relationships with patients, families, and staff, respecting cultural and ethical considerations.
  • Delegates and evaluates team activities, ensures safety protocols, and participates in quality improvement and staff development.
  • Demonstrates accountability, legal compliance, and proficiency with clinical technology.
  • Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience, a Master’s Degree in Nursing with specialization in Adult, Family Practice, or Women’s Health NP, and appropriate California licenses and certifications. The role is full-time with a salary starting at $150,000 annually, offering benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Bilingual Spanish skills and the ability to commute or relocate to Glendora, CA are preferred.
