Nurse Practitioner – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (Spine) to join a leading orthopedic practice in Greater Hampton Roads.

Diagnose and treat spine patients in clinical settings, including solo clinics and assisting mid-level providers.

Determine appropriate treatment plans using expertise, documenting visits via proprietary EMR.

Serve as the main contact for patients throughout their visits.

Flexible schedule of 3 days per week, with potential for adjustments.

Requirements include a Master’s of Science in Nursing, Virginia NP license, and national certification. Orthopedic experience is a plus.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, benefits (401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO), and requires relocation to Suffolk, VA, with travel between Suffolk and Newport News.
