We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for both surgical and non-surgical treatments of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery, and medical malpractice insurance. Compensation is revenue-share based, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your practice.
