We are seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care for a part-time, in-person role in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings in Sunbury, PA.
Responsibilities include managing complex respiratory conditions, performing assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pulmonary issues, managing ventilator and trach care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and staff.
Qualifications include an active APRN license, BLS/ACLS, experience in trach and post-acute care, EMR proficiency, and strong clinical skills.
