Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as an independent contractor for a part-time on-site role. This position involves providing specialized care for medically complex patients, focusing on both surgical and non-surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your practice. The role emphasizes collaboration with medical and therapy teams, case management, and communication with employers.
Qualifications:
- Experience with work-related injuries preferred
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- State license and unrestricted DEA license
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
- Medical Malpractice Insurance required
