Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture of clinician autonomy.
The group covers:
- Temecula Valley Hospital: a 140-bed tertiary center with 5 ORs, cardiac and orthopedic programs, and large GI volume.
- Rancho Springs Hospital: a high-volume community center with L&D, women’s health, urology, general surgery, and a strong robotic program.
- Inland Valley Hospital: a new Level II trauma center (opening April 2026) with 7 ORs, orthopedic, and neuro services.
The case mix includes cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, and vascular anesthesia, offering both breadth and specialization.
Benefits include competitive pay ($250-$330/hr), sign-on and relocation bonuses, and eligibility for PSLF. Candidates require an MD/DO, completed anesthesiology residency, and an active California license. Fellowship training is a plus.
