Leads and supports nursing staff through onboarding, education, and professional development, fostering a culture of service excellence and professionalism. Addresses problems effectively, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and manages unit resources efficiently. Supports employee and physician engagement, promotes teamwork, and models ICARE values. Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, a Registered Nurse license, and a bachelor’s degree; leadership experience preferred.
