Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for a part-time on-site role.
This position involves treating patients for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, expediting return to work, and functional recovery.
Responsibilities include providing specialist services such as EMGs and NCS, collaborating with medical and therapy providers, communicating with employers, and participating in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in PM&R.
Must have medical malpractice insurance.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model, with flexible scheduling to complement private practice.
