We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, therapeutic school serving individuals aged 5-22 and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Vermont.
Provide direct instruction and develop IEP goals for social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy. Consult on student programming and guide support staff in implementing speech and literacy programs. Manage a small caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, Vermont licensure preferred, and experience with students with complex challenges. Flexible hours may be negotiated, and a clinical fellowship year may be available.
