We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time role supporting hospitals in Oxnard and Camarillo.
Must hold an active LCSW license and have at least 2 years of experience. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with in-person initial evaluations required. Primary responsibilities include providing outpatient psychotherapy, conducting individual, family, and group therapy, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Remote follow-up sessions are permitted. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred. Annual salary ranges from $93,600-$101,920 plus benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off.
