Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

Supervise, support, and coordinate daily nursing operations and staff scheduling.

Conduct clinical rounds, monitor care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ensure safety and infection control protocols.

Participate in utilization review, staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications: Active NM RN or LPN license, minimum 3 years clinical experience, prior supervisory experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, EMR experience, BLS certification.
