We are seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care for a part-time, in-person role focused on managing complex respiratory conditions in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation settings.
Provide pulmonary services, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of acute and chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.Manage noninvasive ventilation therapies, tracheostomy care, and coordinate weaning plans with interdisciplinary teams.Perform comprehensive evaluations, interpret diagnostics, and prescribe medications per regulations.Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care and participate in initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff while ensuring compliance with regulations.Qualifications include active APRN license, Master’s degree, experience in long-term care, and strong clinical and communication skills.
