Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school serving students aged 5-22 with complex challenges.

Responsibilities include consulting on IEPs, guiding programming in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing, and managing a small caseload. The role involves developing IEP goals, supervising staff, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and experience with students with significant needs. Vermont licensure and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
