We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.
The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to deliver both surgical and non-surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communicating with employers.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Malpractice insurance is required.
