Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients of all ages.

Deliver primary and acute care, perform procedures, and educate patients on health management and prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and utilize telehealth technologies to improve access.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications: Master’s in Nursing, valid Oklahoma license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, and excellent communication. Experience with pediatrics and telehealth is a plus.
