Associate Training Director, Behavioral Health

Seeking a full-time Associate Training Director to oversee clinical supervision and develop a Spanish-language behavioral health training program.

Responsibilities include supervising Spanish-speaking trainees, maintaining clinical caseloads, creating culturally-sensitive curricula, and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Work or MFT; licensed LCSW or LMFT in CA

5+ years clinical experience; 3+ years supervising trainees

Fluent in Spanish; experience serving Spanish-speaking populations

Strong skills in cultural competence, communication, and collaboration

Ability to provide direct clinical services and manage training programs
