We are seeking a dedicated family medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary clinician in a well-established practice in Jasper, Texas.
This full-time role involves providing in-person care and participating in telemedicine and virtual visits for a diverse patient population.
You will lead onsite clinical assessments, support shared decision-making via in-office and telehealth platforms, and activate patient-centered treatment plans with the care team.

Minimum qualifications include MD/DO certification in Family or Internal Medicine and clinical experience in outpatient primary care. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-volume private practice and chronic condition management.
