Manages staffing, admission processes, and surge plans in collaboration with leadership and House Supervisors, adapting to census and acuity changes. Supports staff development, onboarding, and certification to promote professional growth and service excellence aligned with ICARE values. Addresses issues proactively, ensures regulatory compliance, and optimizes resource utilization within budget constraints. Fosters team engagement, handles conflict positively, and leads nurse rounding to maintain a positive environment. Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership/management experience. Work schedule varies; full-time position located at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in WV.
