Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee and supervise Spanish-speaking behavioral health trainees and staff.
Responsibilities include providing clinical care within licensure scope, developing and implementing culturally-sensitive Spanish-language training programs, supervising approximately 6 trainees, and managing day-to-day operations of mental health services.
Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work or MFT, minimum 5 years of clinical experience, 3+ years of supervision, and native-level Spanish proficiency. Must be licensed in California, with experience serving Spanish-speaking/Latinx populations.
