We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Primary Care clinic.
Responsibilities include providing clinical services, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients, maintaining patient records, and participating in health promotion and quality improvement activities. The role involves direct patient care, supervision under the Medical Director, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include a Family Practice Advanced Practice Nursing degree, current Texas certification, DEA, DPS, CPR certification, and experience in primary care. Bilingual skills are preferred.
