We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as an independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly. The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for non-surgical and surgical treatments related to orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and patient treatment. Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, appropriate licensure, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is revenue-share based.
