We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly. The role involves treating complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical teams on both non-surgical and surgical cases related to orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries
• Licensure and certification in orthopedics
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Medical malpractice insurance
