Seeking a full-time behavioral health clinician to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based individual and group therapy for individuals with substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care and coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards.
- Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness, offering case management support.
- Qualifications include valid licensure (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience with substance use, and proficiency in assessments and therapy techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team required.
- Willingness to train individuals with provisional licenses is preferred.
