Seeking a full-time Physician to provide medical care across multiple facilities, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living settings.
Responsible for evaluating patient care, documentation, and participating in medical staff duties such as meetings, peer reviews, and compliance. Travel to various locations to ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery. Engage in quality assurance, utilization management, and collaborative efforts to improve services. Support strategic and operational goals while fostering positive relationships with providers, staff, and the community. **Schedule:** Day shifts, Monday to Friday, no night call.
**Salary:** $110,000 – $135,000 annually.
