We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental health issues, violent behavior, or substance use problems at risk of out-of-home placement.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, completing court reports, offering crisis intervention, and providing transportation for clients. Availability outside standard hours by phone is required.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in a mental health field, licensure by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation, and 1-2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with serious mental health or behavioral challenges. Strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record are essential.
