Psychiatrist and Medical Director

Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for an inpatient program. This leadership role combines
clinical care with strategic oversight, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed services.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, daily rounds, medication management, and respond to emergencies.

Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversee staffing and recruitment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement, and monitor clinical documentation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership to support patient outcomes and program development.
