Provides support on metrics such as productivity, rounding compliance, competencies, and staffing updates.
Collaborates with leadership to manage staffing, admissions, and surge plans across campuses, adjusting for census and patient acuity.
Leads and supports nursing staff development, onboarding, and professional growth, fostering a culture of service excellence and professionalism.
Addresses issues using professional judgment, manages staff schedules, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Optimizes resource utilization, promotes employee and physician engagement, and participates in strategic planning.
Engages in service excellence initiatives, staff rounding, and fostering a positive environment aligned with organizational values.
Qualifications include a Registered Nurse license, minimum 3 years clinical experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. The role requires leadership skills, problem-solving, and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively. The position is full-time at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
