Licensed Clinical Therapist

The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides comprehensive trauma-informed clinical services to adolescent students in a residential crisis center setting.

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans using individual, family, and group therapy to foster coping skills, confidence, and resilience.

Participates in multidisciplinary teams, treatment planning, and educational meetings.

Maintains timely documentation and ensures licensure compliance through ongoing education.

Provides assessments, discharge planning, and may handle after-hours calls due to student behaviors.

Requirements: Master’s degree, valid licensure (e.g., LCSW, MFT, CMHC), background screening, bilingual preferred, with experience in mental health and family treatment.
