We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN, serving the surrounding communities.
Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within legal scope and in collaboration with healthcare teams. Develop and implement therapy plans, assist physicians, and provide communication and functional training to patients, families, and caregivers. Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
