Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join a community-focused medical center’s Rehabilitation Services team.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including dysphagia assessments and dietary recommendations. Educate patients and families, monitor progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in discharge planning and quality initiatives. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Texas licensure, BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. Experience in acute care, dysphagia, and treating various age groups is preferred.
