Manages problem-solving, compliance, and resource utilization, maintaining regulatory standards and fiscal responsibility. Promotes team engagement, service excellence, and adherence to ICARE values through leadership and rounding. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years clinical experience, RN license, associate’s degree required, bachelor’s preferred. Leadership experience is valued.
