Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern (LMHC/I) provides outpatient mental health services under supervision, gaining experience in behavioral health, addictions, and social services.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans using DSM-5, ASAM PPC, and LOCUS, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
Qualifications include being at least 21, in good standing with Nevada’s licensing board, passing background and drug tests, and having relevant education or internship approval. Must be able to commute to Fernley, NV, and be willing to relocate if necessary.
