We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adolescents, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. They conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, participate in treatment teams, and collaborate on educational planning.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive clinical services, maintaining documentation, and adhering to program rules. Must hold a valid license (e.g., LCSW, MFT, Psy.D., Ph.D.) and have experience in mental health and family treatment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
