Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist & Medical Director for an inpatient program. This leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care.
This position involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As Medical Director, you’ll provide clinical leadership, oversee staffing, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient experience preferred. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
