Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Join our dynamic in-house rehab team as a Speech Language Pathologist in Giddings, TX!

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care through innovative practices, ensuring personalized treatment in a home-like environment.

Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve cognition and swallowing

Educate residents, families, and caregivers

Provide AAC systems and training for severe communication disorders

Collaborate with professionals for diagnostic procedures

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing

Respond promptly to family concerns

Coordinate training with care staff and ensure resident safety and confidentiality

Requirements include an active Texas license, ASHA certification, and good standing with regulatory agencies.
