The General Anesthesiologist role is a full-time, exempt position based in Virginia Beach, VA, with potential for partnership.
Reporting to Dr. James Oleksa, the anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia services at various outpatient facilities, supervising certified registered nurse anesthetists and mentoring trainees.
Responsibilities include administering general and regional anesthesia, patient evaluations, monitoring during procedures, managing post-op recovery, and ensuring patient safety.
Requirements include a medical degree (MD/DO), board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology, VA medical license, and at least 3 years of high-acuity experience.
