This position supports the management of Pulmonary Critical Care Service Line patients, assisting with admissions, rounds, consults, history and physicals, discharges, and other clinical duties within their scope of practice.
Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing or Physician Assistant program, current unrestricted Tennessee licensure, and national certification in a specialty area. Must have prescriptive authority, proficiency in critical care procedures such as intubation, central line, arterial line placement, and ventilator management, along with excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
Required certifications include ACLS and BLS. Candidates should have 1-3 years of healthcare experience, with preferred critical acute care experience.
Location: Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Pulmonology Unit
Schedule: Full-time, Days, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
