Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care across all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.

Perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertion as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.

Utilize telehealth technologies to improve patient access.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, strong clinical skills, proficiency with EMR systems, and excellent communication. Experience with pediatrics or telehealth is a plus.
