Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Provide patient-centered treatment to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment plans, and family education. Document services accurately, manage billing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contribute to care planning, and participate in team meetings and conferences. Supervise clinical staff and support professional development through continuing education. Maintain a positive, safe, and professional work environment, demonstrating excellent communication and safety practices. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP certification, California license or candidate, and current CPR. Must be able to spend 60-80% of time on patient care and perform physical activities related to therapy.
Compensation & Benefits: $58-$62/hour, 40 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, and relocation assistance.
