Seeking a full-time home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.
Responsibilities include delivering intensive services aimed at promoting healthy development, family functioning, and reducing hospitalization or placement in substitute care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services field
- Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC)
- Meeting QMHP/QIDP requirements or working under supervision; willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already endorsed
