We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice, offering full-time or part-time positions with benefits.
Provide medical oversight and care to patients in subacute, long-term, assisted living, and independent living settings. Maintain timely documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs. Support practice operations, collaborate with staff and administration, and support strategic goals. Work independently across multiple facilities as needed, with shared evening, weekend, and holiday call duties. Meet quality standards, ensure compliance, and participate in medical staff activities if required. Establish positive relationships within the healthcare team and community. Participate in scholarly activities and potentially contribute to clinical research.
Qualifications include experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, medical degree from an approved school, and board eligibility/certification.
Compensation starts at $300,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
This role involves travel between facilities and requires reliable transportation.
